Responsibilities:
- Provide asset creation creation pipelines and guidelines to bring ideas into creative game and ads
- Decide, optimize the rendering process of Unity (Render Pipeline) used in the game (shader, lights, texturing…) to meet aesthetic requirements, technical limitations and production deadlines
- Create and customize VFX/Animation in Unity through the provided asset sets, or create your own to suit a preset graphic style or production needs
- (Optional) create custom shaders suitable for the game. Set up the lightning system, the shader used in the game is suitable for the target platform.
- Collaborate with Marketing, GD, and Developemt teams to optimize assets for indicators of different stages in game production and release
- Research and use toolkits to optimize art assets in all stages of game production and release
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Artist or a similar role
- Proficient in using art asset creation tools, knowing how to use Unity
- Experience with programming and scripting languages, like Python or Lua is a plus
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Understand the processes of producing and publishing casual/hyper-casual games
