Responsibilities:

  • Run, coordinate and be responsible for the activities of the business industries in the assigned areas
  • Negotiate with partners, deploy opening points in the assigned area
  • Finding and establishing relationships with potential customers (distributions, agents etc.)
  • Organize sales activities in the region
  • Urging and supervising sales supervisors to expand market coverage
  • Support Marketing department to implement sales programs in the area
  • Participate in building business development programs and sales policies goods, salary, bonus, etc
  • Collect market information about the Company’s products and services and competitors
  • Coordinating with relevant Departments in signing and implementing contract and settle arising contract-related issues with customers
  • Communicating, organizing, implementing and monitoring the company’s orientations, regulations, etc
  • Coaching, training, team management skills, sales skills for Sales Supervisors
  • Evaluate and supervise business team
  • Report daily, weekly (short and long term) in the area in charge
