Responsibilities:
- Run, coordinate and be responsible for the activities of the business industries in the assigned areas
- Negotiate with partners, deploy opening points in the assigned area
- Finding and establishing relationships with potential customers (distributions, agents etc.)
- Organize sales activities in the region
- Urging and supervising sales supervisors to expand market coverage
- Support Marketing department to implement sales programs in the area
- Participate in building business development programs and sales policies goods, salary, bonus, etc
- Collect market information about the Company’s products and services and competitors
- Coordinating with relevant Departments in signing and implementing contract and settle arising contract-related issues with customers
- Communicating, organizing, implementing and monitoring the company’s orientations, regulations, etc
- Coaching, training, team management skills, sales skills for Sales Supervisors
- Evaluate and supervise business team
- Report daily, weekly (short and long term) in the area in charge
