Responsibilities:

• Ability to appraise and analyze the effectiveness of real estate investment projects
• Understand the legal procedures for project investment from investment preparation stage to exam preparation stage construction phase, and project completion phase
• Participating in coordination with departments/departments to set up the total project implementation schedule, take responsibility construction progress, division of construction bidding packages, handing over and putting into operation and use of the project
• Deploy the project implementation plan (plan for bidding, bidding, construction, and installation); Set goals and progress of the project, Management of consulting constractors, real construction contractors comply with the provisions of the signed contract and the current law on organization of the exam construction, acceptance, payment, handover of each item and the whole project
• Ensure the project is completed on schedule, strictly control the completion work. Control project settlement costs according to regulations and the set plan
• Coordinating and closely monitoring the handover stage in the process of controlling costs, handing over to the project management operation and exploitation unit., defect to fix remaining errors shortcoming
• Liaise and work with local authorities and state management agencies to resolve relevant issues during project implementation. Decide and handle situations and problems old works.
• Other requirements related to the functions and duties of the Project Manager as prescribed of the company.

Requirements:

• University Graduate majoring in Architecture, or Civil Engineering, or Construction Project Management
• At least 5-10 years of experience as a Director of Construction Project Management Board, with experience in industrial infrastructure implementation
• Understanding the legal regulations related to the construction industry and the field of project management according to the assigned tasks
• Have experience and have directly managed the project
• Knowledge of legal procedures for real estate projects
• Have a relationship with departments in the field of real estate
• Experience in commercial real estate preferred
• Project management skills, teamwork skills, independent work and soft skills
• Ability to plan, control, organize and manage human resources
• Trained and Certified: Project Manager, Construction supervision, practice certificate and complete, Training for Procurement Professional, Construction pricing
• Read and understand professional profiles
• Fluency in presenting, chairing meetings, in writing
• Proficient in design and construction standards and regulations
• Set up report templates, reporting charts for construction project management
