Responsibilities:

• Analyze the market and competitors to build a business plan for the product by month/quarter/year
• Develop sales policies and implementation plans for sales programs, promotions, and inventory push
• Building product database: price list, solution, bid configuration, catalog, product documentation.
• Work with the company: Exchange work with the company, update the pipeline, register the project with the company
• Training: participating with the company and training products for internal and agents
• Support Sales in approaching, consulting and persuading customers
• Synchronize information with related departments: Marketing, Accounting, Purchasing, Engineering…
• Perform other tasks at the request of the direct manager

Requirements:

• University graduate or higher in related majors
• At least 02 years of experience in a product management or business development position in the Cabling product segment
• Knowledge of IT products, product research and development (R&D)
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate
• Outstanding communication/negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
