Mission:
- Building and implementing strategies, policies, processes and action plans for achieving all KPIs related to student admission and care of all programs including ELT and non-ELT courses, online and all campuses
- Responsible for P&L of campuses under his/her responsibility

Responsibilities:
- Based on company strategy, propose and implement actions plan focused on accelerating student enrolments, improving average revenue per user (ARPU), growing market share, and improving reenrolment/retention rate of campuses
- Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial/PnL reporting activities for campuses in his/her region, Identifying, implementing, and tracking cost optimization initiatives, improvements in centre level productivity/utilization, and all customer service interactions and metrics
- Lead operations with a focus on (1) defining, implementing, and tracking tactics linked to admissions and initiatives centred on student affairs (ASA: Admissions & Student Affairs); (2) effectively launching national marketing programs and designing, tracking, and reporting on local-specific marketing programs / campaigns and public relations (PR) activities; (3) implementing school premises service and compliance (SSC: School Services & Compliance) measures in-line with Company stated guidelines; (4) implementing teacher quality management (TQM: Teaching Quality Managment) measures in-line with guidelines published by the Company’s Teacher Quality (TQ) department but also identify, suggest, implement, and track improved policies and procedures
- Drive hiring decisions and talent management initiatives and succession planning activities; set employee performance goals and objectives and conduct performance reviews (structured and non-structured) by functional group and for and across direct reports; and provide direct management to key functional and/or business unit managers and executives.
- Support business development (BD) activities, coordinate with the BD team on lease (re)negotiations, and the successful launch of net-new campuses in-region in-line with the broader business strategy
- Representative center director for campuses in his/her region
- Other tasks/work assigned by line manager and BOD
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experiences in sales/operations management in the education/ retail/ F&B industries with multi-sites structure management
- A demonstrated excellent track record of sales and operations achievements
- Excellent customer service mindset; Strong business acumen
- Ability to interact with senior management team members
- Ability to manage, coach, motivate and influence people
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver sales skills training
- Education: Bachelor/Master in business adminstration / management
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales/operations management
- Attitude: Customer-oriented, results-oriented, can-do attitude, motivated by sales targets and indicators, rigorous, disciplined and methodological, initiative-spirited
- Language: English
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office
