Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic legal advice in all matters relating to the company’s business and ensure that all corporate activities with the highest legal, ethical standards profession and comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Develop and execute corporate legal strategies and issues and, through coordination with other functions, provide a strategic legal overview, meeting potential risks and plans to control or minimize threats affecting the business
  • Have a good understanding of internal business processes to provide practical and regionally appropriate legal advice to functional departments
  • Building a strategic external system for the corporation, organization and maintaining the external system on a regular and in-depth basis
  • Establishing and developing deep and wide relationships with organizations, partners, agencies, departments, branches, and local government organizations nationwide
  • Representing the company in trade associations and organizations, directly participating in external activities to maintain and develop relationships with external stakeholders to support and promote favorable operations, benefits and efficiency of the system
  • Regularly capture and promptly update information from leaders, agencies, departments, branches, government organizations and partners of the Company to report to the General Director for review implementation guidance
  • Representing the Company to assist in handling cases that affect the operation and development of the system and situations where there is a risk of communication crisis
  • Other tasks as assigned by General Director

Requirements:

  • Having knowledge and understanding of the law on: land, investment, construction, enterprise law
  • Has good communication skills, delicate and tactful
  • Has extensive knowledge, good communication culture and wide social relationships
  • Have skills in covering and managing work, good thinking and organization
  • Skilled in drafting documents, summarizing reports, updating information, maintaining records
  • Working style is agile and careful
  • Can work independently or in a team, adapt well to work, have a long-term commitment to the company
  • Willing to work flexible hours and travel
