Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for the client within the organization
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products to existing clients to maximize revenue and profitability. Develop and execute account plans to achieve growth targets
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategic account plans, including identifying market trends, competitor analysis, and setting clear objectives for growth.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and renew contracts with key clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while protecting the interests of the company
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor account health. Use insights to make informed decisions and drive account growth.
- Market Research: Stay informed abou industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Share insights with the team to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the Beverage
- Strong understanding of our products and their applications
- Exeptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
- Willingness to travel, as needed, to meet with clients.
