- Formulate investment and business development strategies; Organize and conduct research activities market analysis and investment opportunities in the Group’s fields of activity, including: Logistics, Pandemic Aviation, Infrastructure Development and Real Estate Industrial Park… and potential industries other according to the Group’s development direction
- Research, analyze and propose investment fields, investment projects, cooperation and development plans development
- Prepare reports, analysis, investment proposal, project valuation, business valuation, purchase & sale business merges; Deploy and monitor the progress of investment projects
- Coordinating and Implementing all the investment preparation work of investment projects
- Report on investment performance & investment project efficiency periodically;
- Research, propose and implement M&A plans, strategic cooperation… of the parent company and Member companies in the Group
- Monitor the efficiency of capital use at companies/projects/after investment/M&A/strategic cooperation and propose plans to improve the efficiency of capital use
- Support member companies in investment implementation and investment procedures according to regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
Requirement:
- University graduate or above majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Banking products… and related industries
- Age: At least from 30
- Preference will be given to candidates with CFA certification
- Logical thinking, good planning
- Mature, mature, good under pressure
- Careful and proactive in work
- Honest, dynamic, professional
- Long-term working orientation, sticking with the Group.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position
- In-depth experience in Investment and Research and Development
- High level negotiation, persuation and relationship building skills
- Good project management skills
- Skills to build good relationships with customers, partners and colleagues
- Ability to work well
- Interested in supporting industry, mechanical industry
