Responsibilities:

• Lead the hardware development team and provide technical guidance and support
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of electronic hardware products that will improve construction safety.
• Ensure that the hardware products are manufactured to the highest quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and design
• Communicate project status, technical challenges, and risks effectively to stakeholders
• Mentor and develop team members to grow their technical and leadership skills

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic engineering, with a strong background in hardware and software product development and manufacturing
• At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a small team of engineers
• Strong understanding of electronic hardware design, development, and testing process
• Knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and firmware development.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skill
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Bonus: programming languages such as Python, C and C++
