Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze the legal situation, actual production lines, and technology to propose appropriate legal strategies, exploitation and processing strategies

- Preside over preparing periodic, annual, monthly and extraordinary reports on mining work and mineral exploitation reports, environmental reports; report on water resources; Report on technical management of mining equipment, progress, and safety mining activities
- Direct planning, negotiating, deciding on purchase prices, signing and implementing contracts to purchase raw materials (other than mining), tools, equipment, supplies and spare parts in accordance with the approved production and business plan
- Research, evaluate, and propose options to improve and develop machinery, equipment, and technology systems
- Monitor and implement investment, upgrading and imporvement of equipment after being approved by all levels
- Make a mining plan according to the approved license, other legal regulations, the Company’s production and business plan and organize and operate the mine, ensuring sufficient supply of raw materials for processing at the Factory
- Prepare and submit for approval the annual exploitation, reclamation and environmental restoration plan, total estimate and organize implementation according to the approved plan in accordance with the license and law
- Control and review activities at all stages of the exploitation and processing
- Build targets and assign targets to units of the Company
- Develop technical and economic norms during processing operations based on technological lines and propose improvements, if any
- Plan and organize, urge and manage processing work at the factory to ensure the design capacity or the set plan to ensure the volume and quality of finished products
- Propose new solutions to improve labor productivity, efficiency and reduce operating costs
- Organize and manage electromechanical, mechanical, engineering, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure stable lines, machinery and equipment to serve the Company’s production and business needs
- Organize, manage and operate all human resources and machinery and equipment, organize and manage warehouse work, raw materials, finished goods, unfinished products…of the Company
- Analyze risks in the system to restructure and make timely adjustments to meet productivity, operating costs, process efficiency
- Organize and manage legal and administrative activities, TCKT activities, Hygiene – Labor safety… ensures conditions for the factory to focus on exploiting and processing products
- Plan training on improving skills and system management for positions at the Factory
- Implement periodic reports on supervision and appraisal of safety, occupational safety, fire safety…
- Build, maintain and develop good relationships with partners and local authorities
- Take charge of handling arising tasks in the area related to mining, processing and other legal work
Requirements:
- Graduated from University or higher majoring in: Production Management/Technology/Business Administration or related fields
- Have 10 years of working experience, including a minimum of 5 years at the position of Factory Director or equivalent positions with 50 or more employees, with priority given to having worked in factory management positions in the field production, processing, and minerals sectors
- Knowledge of building rules, regulations, processes, and consulting for control and evaluation
- Legal knowledge of natural resources and mining
- Professional knowledge: in-depth knowledge of operating exploitation and processing lines; Understand machinery and equipment, maintain, repair, upgrade, and have good thinking about improving the factory’s technology
- Knowledge of system administration and ISO processes in factories
- Knowledge of finance and accounting
- English 4 skills proficient, TOEIC 600 points or equivalent
