Responsibilities:

• Manage all activities of the Company according to the functions, tasks and powers specified in the Company’s Charter. Responsible before the Law and the Company’s Board of Directors all activities of the Company
• Managing and operating the company’s mining, processing, production and business activites; Manage human resource work and organize work assignment at the Company; Manage shipping costs Company operations
• Managing and operating joint venture investment activities of the Company and representing capital contributions
• Directly in charge of Accounting department; Organization and Administration; Emulation, reward and discipline work; Union work and other fields are assigned by the Board of Directors
• Develop proposed plans and organize the implementation of mineral exploitation and processing projects such as limestone, kaolin, rare earths, etc.

Requirements:

• Graduated from University or higher in Mining Geology and Economic Management
• Minimum 05 years of experience in managing and operating businesses investing, exploiting, processing and trading minerals in the position of General Director/Deputy General Director
• Deep understanding of mineral products such as limestone, kaolin, rare earth
• Understanding market needs for mineral products
• Understand the state’s regulations governing mineral exploitation and processing activities
• Have basic knowledge of Enterprise Law and corporate financial management
• Have knowledge of human resource management
• Have ability to use English
