Responsibility:

• Search, evaluate and propose investment locations for projects in industrial zones and clusters
• Ensure the development of the right number of quality projects of quality projects strategic direction of the Group and in line with the Company’s plan from time to time
• Coordinate with units to propose reports, investments plans, planning, business and implementation solutions for each project.
• Building and developing relationships with local government agencies to facilitate project development
• Directing and implementation of legal procedures as prescribed to obtain investment policy, investment license/certificate
• Direct the implementation of site clearance, coordinate with local authorities and specialized agencies to settle compensation and site clearance work for the project.
• Receive the project’s clean ground handover
• Organize the design of construction drawings and total cost estimates
• Verification of construction drawing design and total cost estimate
• Organizing the selection of construction contractors, supervise construction work and organize acceptance and payment.
• To assume the prime responsibility for the acceptance and approval of the relevant State management agencies to put the project into operation
• Coordinate with related departments and departments to build business plan, Marketing, Communication, Events, PR and deploy, monitor the effective implementation of project business.

Requirement:

• Education level: University graduate or higher majoring in construction, architecture, transportation or related majors
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in using software: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Autocad and other specialized software
• Minimun 3 years of experience in similar positions. Preference will be given to candidates who have fully implemented technical infrastructure investment projects in industrial zones and clusters
• Understanding and proficient in investment, construction and implementation processes and procedures
• Professional knowledge in the field of investment in industrial real estate projects, knowledge and application of regulations on investment law, construction law, bidding law, land law… in project implementation.
• Capacity and experience in searching, selecting and managing contractors and consulting units
• Effective management, leadership and team building skills
• Good social knowledge
• Other skills: Communication, negotiation, persuation
• Good health, ready to go on a business trip
