- Advise and assist the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the field of financial investment
- Advise the Board of Directors and Board of Directors on long-term, medium-term and short-term financial policies
- Advise the Board of Directors and the Board of General Directors on accounting regimes, policies, inspection and control of the group’s financial and accounting work
- Advise and propose measures to improve the efficiency of financial management and optimize costs in companies and groups in terms of revenue and costs; capital recovery, debt recovery
- Declare projects, cash sources, cash flows, consider investing cash flows effectively
- Maintain the liquidity of the Enterprise and ensure sufficient financial resources for the Enterprise
- Appraisal of company value and business orientation
- Mobilizing capital: Banks, Financial Funds, investment cooperation, unsecured cash loans
- Organize and implement budget reserve planning in appropriate forms to meet unexpected budget needs
- Review and monitor financial plans, control the financial situation of companies and corporations to take corrective measures
- Inspect and control cash receipts and expenditures, bank deposits, etc. of the company and its member units
- Control the management of company assets through books
- Work closely with members of the Company’s Board of Directors to direct, operate and control the general production and business activities of the Departments/Units under the Company
Requirements:
- Graduated from University or higher in Finance and Accounting
- Have CPA certification or CPA equivalent
- Minimum 05 years of experience in investment financial management and administration in the same position
- Deep understanding of investment market situation
- Understand the state’s regulations governing financial, accounting and investment activities
- Have knowledge of Enterprise Law
- Have basic knowledge of human resource management
- Good strategic thinking, ability to direct financial strategy
