Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing the whole Academy
  • Monitor and manage the work of specialized departments
  • Building, developing and managing the company’s human resources system
  • Advise the company’s leadership on the company’s business plans and strategies
  • Implement and monitor company promotions and incentives
  • Managing and effectively using the human resources of the department assigned by the company
  • Report the work progress of the Technical Department to the Board of Directors
  • Proposing to the Board of Directors the management and development of the Company
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors

Requirements:
