Responsibilities:

• Managing and building the apparatus of the Deparments according to the annual orientation of the Group
• Controlling the Group’s management system, establishing the method of measuring the item system criteria, criteria for evaluating the performance of the Departments, identifying problems appropriate, ineffective, potential risks in the Group’s operations
• Make business decisions in the short and long term
• Establish and implement the vision and goals of the business
• Evaluating the performance of mid-level leaders in the enterprise
• Review and urge the working progress of the Departments
• Work closely with relevant departments of the company to implement the projects
• Advising the Board of Directors on the selection of plans for organization and operation, implementation of project

Requirements:

• At least 05 years of working at industrial infrastructure investors in senior management positions
• Understand the order of real estate investment, especially in the industrial sector
• Ability to set goals, plan, organize, lead and control, decision making, management people, budget management
• The ability to set goals, organize, lead control
• Ability to analyze and make decisions, ability to negotiate and communicate
• Build a good relationship
