Responsibilities:

  • Build and continuously improve brand strategies: Brand owner perspective, Brand Role, Brand Positioning, Brand Personality, Brand Value Proposition, Target Audiences Definition & Insights
  • Deploy brand strategy through 4 Touchpoints: Product Developments, Marketing & Communication, Sales & Distribution, People & Behavior
  • Product development plan and product life cycle management
  • Plan communication campaigns for brands and products
  • Management plan for communication channels
  • Marketing budget plan for brands, products and communication channels
  • Develop creative ideas: TVC, Social-Digital Ads, Sponsorship, BTL Ads… for Brands
  • Implement effective communication plans for each different campaign for the brand
  • Consistent media content managment across channels and media
  • Effectively manage Marketing budget for each campaign
  • Plan and build strategies, policies, processes, and marketing plans in accordance with business strategy in each period
  • Organize and direct the implementation of marketing strategies, policies, processes and plans
  • Analyze the market and marketing-related data to advise the Marketing Manager in making marketing decisions
  • Organizing human resources in the Marketing Department includes: operating, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, evaluating work performance for each member and proposing to be Marketing Manager human resource plans according to regulations
  • Other powers according to internal regulations from time to time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent and minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Proficient in spoken and written English communication
  • Proficient in office software: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional reports, financial statements, business reports, and legal documents
  • Understand clearly the legal regulations on Marketing operations: Product announcement content, advertising content, trade promotion programs
  • Understanding of Marketing Strategy Models: Brand Strategy Model, 4C Analysis … and deep understanding of the market, industry, consumers and distribution system
  • Good understanding of communication channels: TV, Social, Digital, PR, BTL…
  • Ability to create and develop creative ideas into creative assets
  • Ability to manage human resources and media partners
  • Proactive, creative enthusiastic, honest and disciplined in work
  • Ability to connect and influence related departments and personnel to implement common business strategies
