Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing the whole Academy
- Monitor and manage the work of specialized departments
- Building, developing and managing the company’s human resources system
- Advise the company’s leadership on the company’s business plans and strategies
- Implement and monitor company promotions and incentives
- Managing and effectively using the human resources of the department assigned by the company
- Report the work progress of the Technical Department to the Board of Directors
- Proposing to the Board of Directors the management and development of the Company
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors

Requirements:
