Responsibilities:

  • Provide asset creation creation pipelines and guidelines to bring ideas into creative game and ads
  • Decide, optimize the rendering process of Unity (Render Pipeline) used in the game (shader, lights, texturing…) to meet aesthetic requirements, technical limitations and production deadlines
  • Create and customize VFX/Animation in Unity through the provided asset sets, or create your own to suit a preset graphic style or production needs
  • (Optional) create custom shaders suitable for the game. Set up the lightning system, the shader used in the game is suitable for the target platform.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, GD, and Developemt teams to optimize assets for indicators of different stages in game production and release
  • Research and use toolkits to optimize art assets in all stages of game production and release

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Artist or a similar role
  • Proficient in using art asset creation tools, knowing how to use Unity
  • Experience with programming and scripting languages, like Python or Lua is a plus
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Understand the processes of producing and publishing casual/hyper-casual games
