Responsibilities:
- Meets with Senior Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to discuss Test Prep product ideas and feasibility
- Conducts market research and evaluates similar products
- Redesigns existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs
- Build and develop new SAT curriculum, including lesson plans and materials
- Build and develop AP subject curriculum, including lesson plans and materials, for AP Calculus and AP Physics
- Develop and update current Test Prep courses, spanning TOEFL, IELTS, SSAT, and etc.
- Oversees product development; tests prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity; resolves product issues
- Oversees training for Test Prep programs
- Determines training requirements and priorities for Test Prep programs by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys
- Develops training programs, including creating training calendars and materials, that address specific needs and create tangible results
- Assist HR, R&D and Training, and Centers with onboarding and concurrent training for TP teachers specific to their targeted subject
- Delivers in-person and online training sessions or trains and supervises qualified personnel to do so
- Conduct planned CTC teacher evaluations in support of Centers for TP teachers
- Monitors employees’ skills, performance and productivity post-training to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
- Advises and assists with Test Prep content marketing strategies
- Undertakes Test Prep content marketing initiatives to support business targets
- Collaborates with Marketing to produce high quality content
- Provides sales support by meeting with and helping close customer leads
- Works by, with, and through Centers to implement Test Prep programs to a high-level standard
- Teaches up to 12 hours weekly or 48 hours/monthly for selective courses within PAV and/or TNS.
Requirements:
- Proven 5 years of experience as a Test Prep Coach
- Strong teaching and curriculum development background
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
