Responsibilities:

I. Management:

  • Managing and operating activities of R&D department
  • Make the organization chart and structure for the department
  • Building work processes related to R&D department
  • Managing personel in R&D department

II. R&D:

  • Main responsibility for new product research, product improvement and production technology now available
  • Planning, directing and implementing product development activities including products and packaging suitable for each type of product, in accordance with legal regulations and quality standards amount set by the company
  • Coordinate with departments related to product development such as financial resources, personnel and techniques
  • Manage activities on new product registrations, specifications, procedures, and schedules relevant samples
  • Participating in seminars, research, implementing research and development projects with the outside according to assignment

III. Quality control:

  • Determine material standards, quality assurance specifications for products
  • Support the assessment of raw material suppliers, machinery systems to ensure quality requirements number of companies
  • Breeding yeast for production, environmental microbiological testing and on the production line
  • Research, propose improvements, technical initiatives, rationalize the chain in order to stabilize and improve product quality

IV. Training:

  • Conduct professional training for new employees
  • Directing internal training work among teams in the department
  • Prepare training needs inside and outside the company for employees in the R&D department
  • Directly training technology related processes for departments in the company
