Job description:
Develop annual strategic marketing plan and organize the implementation: website, leaflet, catalog, exhibition plan at home and abroad….
Searching for target customers, analyzing potentials, planning to approach.
Work with the technical team to disassemble, apply the unit price (confidentiality) to make a quotation and submit to the director for approval and send to the customer.
Monitor quotation results, record feedback to suggest adjustments.
Receive new product development orders, move product development department to plan molds, make sample products.
Follow up sample delivery, ask for weekly sample evaluation results until sample results are available, send accountants to invoice molds and samples
Coordinate to monitor the sample plan, coordinate and coordinate to solve arising problems
Accelerate the collection of molds and samples.
Reception of visiting customers according to the Guest Reception Process.
Maintain good relationship with customers.
Create and present your KPI reports monthly
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from Business School, Commerce, Foreign Trade, preferably in business administration.
1-2 years working experience in supporting industry, mechanical industry.
English equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or higher, fluent in listening and speaking, good writing skills.
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
Good face-to-face and online communication skills.
Good project management skills.
Skills to build good relationships with customers, partners and colleagues
Ability to work well under pressure.
