Responsibilities:
- Developing the monitoring criteria and manage the development of multi-dimensional Datamart of debt collection such as customer segments, products, debt collection channels, and collection officers (including Debt Collection Productivity), according to management requirements.
- Developing the cost allocation bases, debt collection – related policies and procedures for financial management.
- Build financial indicators and develop methodology or models to measure operation efficiency and support for management and decision-making.
- Proactively provide analysis and comments to objectively advise BOD/BOM on opportunities to improve or optimize efficiency or consult on financial impacts of the debt collection’s proposal or initiatives
- Provide financial information about debt collection activities to relevant parties.
- Participate in giving professional opinions and supporting references on financial results in building a strategic plan for bank-wide debt collection activities.
- Participate in budgeting for debt collection activities and consult on establishing operational goals/KPIs following the overall strategy and direction of the organization and BOD/BOM.
- Monitor the progress and forecast the ability to implement the business plan to have timely warnings for the management.
- Monitor and control the spending, proposal and adjustment of the budget.
- Provide professional opinion, consult or decided per authorization on proposal on some matters such as incentives, outsourcing services, cooperation and sales agreements, investment activities, projects for debt collections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and have at least 3 years of experience in the same field, Experience in banking industry and understanding debt collection operations is a plus.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in team management and team development, with the ability to lead and influence.
- Solid understanding of development performance management reports and analysis based on multidimensional data and information, performance measurement indicators, and financial models
- Ability to work under pressure, ability to efficiently develop strong working relationships with multiple parties, and multi-tasking.
- Good logical thinking, proactive in exploring, developing, and innovation toward efficiency
- Disciplined in work management, strong problem-solving skills
- Good presentation and consolidation skill, boldly expressing professional opinions
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal in English (the Chairman of the Debt Collection Council is an expat).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, sensitive in the ability to organize and analyze big data
