Responsibles:
- Planning and building the development/business strategy of the Company according to the goals
- Managing and operating all activities of the company in accordance with assigned functions and tasks
- Planning and forecasting human resources needs of the company
- Financial management and cost control within the assigned scope and authority
- Organize the work assignment, urge and supervise the departments to ensure the schedule and quality according to the standards
- Making production plans and organizing work according to technological processes, orders, monthly and quarterly production plans
- Manage all machinery, equipment, materials, finished products, semi-finished products, warehouses and goods undermanagement
- Managing the company according to 5S, Kaizen, ISO standards in accordance with the actual work
- Evaluating the results of work performance, production plan of the factory on a monthly, quaterly and yearly basis
- Develop effective work management measures such as operating regulations, production process, Technical regulation on measures to encourage, reward or discipline labor
- Actively develop, implement and propose measures to improve productivity and operational efficiency of the factory
Requirements:
- University graduate or higher, majoring in Marketing, Finance, Business, … or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Prior to candidate who have worked in Plastic enterprises (>300 NS)
- Working experience in manufacturing corporations is an advantage

- Have the capacity, qualifications, experience, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team
