Responsibilities:

• Establish Quality Management System for company oversee the quality performance and delivery of company outputs and deliverables to serve clients and customers
• Lead and execute the quality goals and strategy, maintain an accurate and complete record of financials, assessments, risk management, budget, and the safety discipline
• Responsible for the development and lifecycle management of site specific Quality standard operating procedures and associated records
• Forecast and manage resources and budget needs
• Accountable for recruiting talent and building in a high performance Quality team
• Mentor and develop personnel and ensure team’s agility, versatility and expertise redundancy

Requirements:

• Master of Bachelor’s degree in engineering, automative or any relevant majors
• Minimum of 15 years in Quality, Engineering (covering both MFG Quality and R&D Quality) for Li-ion Battery, including 5 years at similar management role
• Demonstrated success in creating and maintaining a culture of quality in a large global orginazational
• Knowledgeable and experienced in building, planning, coordinating, and leading QMS management activities
• Demonstrated expertise in qualification/validation of analytical methods applied in Li-ion Battery
• Root cause/ corrective action expertise
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, team-focused approach and proven leadership track record, including people development and project management.
