- Advise the Investment Council on approving the feasibility of projects
- Advise on mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring
- Search for potential projects in the industrial sector, prioritizing projects that have complementary relationships with the production and business sectors of the Group and its member units
- Research, market survey, analyze and process market information related to the investment field. Regularly update information related to the market and investment environment
- Manage the company’s investment portfolio
- Organize the evaluation of investment efficiency of the group’s projects including bidding projects, auctions, and M&A projects
- Survey and evaluate project legal documents, project location, market, current project status, operational and financial situation of the investor, detailed appraisal and valuation of assets
- Directly work with partners who are organizations/individuals with information about the project according to approved investment criteria
- Inspect and monitor the implementation of procedures and project investments such as planning proposals, project implementation proposals, bidding and auction of projects using land, valuation of land plots, apply for investment approval, land allocation, site clearance, issuance of land use rights certificates,…
- Check and monitor the process of completing legal documents, design documents, and estimates in accordance with current regulations and actual project implementation
- Check and monitor the project investment implementation process (design, contractor selection, settlement, inventory management…)
- Coordinate with the Head of the Department to work with relevant departments and state management agencies
- Coordinate the implementation of work related to investment procedures for projects in which the Group is the Investor or a joint venture
Requirements:
- Graduated from University or higher, majoring in finance, environmental resources, and industry is preferred
- Have CFA certification
- Minimum 05 years of experience in the position of Deputy General Director/Investment Director of Industrial corporations, priority is given to having experience in investing in projects in the Minerals, Energy, Agriculture and Forestry industries
- Deep understanding of project investment, especially industrial projects
- Understand the state’s processes and regulations governing project investment activities
- Understand investment analysis methods and feasibility project evaluation methods
- Have knowledge of Investment Law and Enterprise Law
