Responsibilities:

  • Directs the development and is responsible for the implementation of the company’s OGSM, ensuring the synchronicity, feasibility and challenge of material objectives
  • Directing the development of the Annual Budget by leading the departments below authority and make timely proposals to adjust the Budget when major changes arise
  • Conduct Business Review based on consistent standards to evaluate points strengths and weaknesses and especially the growth potential of the industry in the medium and long term
  • Planning short, medium and long term development strategies as the basis for building Develop Medium and Long Term Budgets based on defined and alligned strategic objectives in line with the Group’s orientation
  • Close, effective and continuous coordination with specialized departments at the group in order to ensure implementation of tasks directed from the Group and proactively give ideas contributing, building, and criticizing to gradually improve the work of corporate governance
  • Organize the implementation of resolutions and decisions of the Board of Directors and proactively ask for permission when it is neccessary to make material changes
  • Responsible for ensuring that the financial statements are prepared accurately, in compliance with Vietnamese standards, provide management reports that accurately reflect the nature of business activities of the enterprise
  • Comply with the Financial Regulations and Investment Regulations of the Group
  • Responsible for coordinating resources (opex, capex, loans) to optimize operations to achieve committed financial goals and always comply with the Group’s standards
  • Lead and coordinate relevant departments in working capital management (inventory, receivables, payables).
  • Building a reasonable and stable pricing system from manufacturing plants to distribution companies.
  • Ensure Assets are carefully protected; potential risks need to be identified and a plan to deal with them; the loss, loss, depreciation of the Property needs to determine the cause and determine the individual liability.
  • Ensure spending (Capex, Opex) according to approved Budget limit. Expenditures that are over budget need to be approved before implementation
  • Optimizing the use of cash flow, ensuring the loan within the approved limit on the basis of a balance between working capital management, spending for Capex and maximizing the ability to borrow capital from the Bank.
  • Sales team leaders create a dynamic working environment, desire to win and value performance over commitment.
  • Market share growth in markets where the industry has strengths; develop the market in an innovative way avoiding direct confrontation with well-known competitors in the market.
  • Building a sustainable sales and distribution channel strategy
  • The annual business plan ensures that it is properly divided by time and geographical area; by product.
  • Ensure to build an effective operation control system for each employee and actions to be taken for employees who do not meet the assigned goals.
  • Assess the performance of each customer (contribution), as a basis for the application of appropriate prices, discounts, support, debt limit and debt term.
  • Evaluate the performance of each employee (sales productivities), as a basis for adjusting the scope of work, adjusting the salary and bonus in accordance with the contribution level of each employee.
  • Develop a customer care strategy to ensure understanding of business insights of customers and provide appropriate services for each type of customer group.
  • Receiving, processing, synthesizing and analyzing customer complaints and inquiries in order to improve processes in management.
  • Direct the implementation of marketing programs (ie. trade, discount, support) directly with Customers (Agents, Distributors), consumers in accordance with the Budget and ensure the effectiveness according to SKUs, each region and per Customer;
  • Build and maintain an effective, fast and appropriate online communication system for customers;
  • Building the optimal product portfolio for FCO
  • Analysis of effectiveness by each SKU (SKU contribution); a plan to develop potential SKUs as well as a plan to exit loss-making SKUs.
  • Directing the evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing programs, in detail in each period, in each region.
  • Responsible for trademark protection, trademark registration, trademark dispute resolution.
  • Building corporate image through mass media and internal communication

Requirements:

  • Use English well at work.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, including more than 3 years in a management and operating role of a company or Sales & Marketing department.
  • Ability to plan strategies, develop customers and markets.
  • Possess leadership, risk management, change management, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of corporate governance; Business Finance; Knowledge of Vietnamese international laws.
  • University degree in economics, banking and finance, business administration or equivalent.
  • Having working experience in FMCG & Retail field, especially
    Beverage & Cosmetics industry.
