Responsibilities:

  • Build Curriculum Development plan.
  • Review and Develop content and activities for Summer, Winter, Mini Leader Camp Experience (MLE) based on location.
  • Create a Checklist of required Activities and Materials aligned with the approved budget, program roadmap, and leadership development.
  • Finalize staff list and allocate duties, team leader according to the role cards system (Academic, Activity, General health, Program mentors)
  • Create Daily Camp operation plan.
  • Collaborate with Center to finalize lodging list, classes, pre-camp orientation and checkin
  • Create content and conduct training sessions for all camp staffs
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales dept for branding and organizing events for returning students to enhance customer relationship and potential future sales
  • Conduct First day student orientation including camp regulations and discipline procedures.
  • Execute Daily Camp operation plan including student logistic, staff schedule, supervise health care service unit, follow up on action in emergency cases
  • Reinforce Camp’s operation using various methods (story sharing, fitness challenges etc) through leading meal coach sections, Student Leaders meeting, Evening activities
  • Provide a timely QA/QC review for camp staffs on class and activity schedule, program content and materials, student interaction in the form of meeting/ huddle
  • Parents communication: Daily camp main activities summary; Wrap up camp day summary; Post camp survey.
  • Conduct/Send out surveys for students, parents, staff
  • Follow up with customer service initiatives
  • Coach camp mentors how to interact with students for skill development
  • Teach classes at Centers during camp’s off-seasons up to 12 hours weekly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 1-2 years of experience in similar business.
  • Business management in the education industry experience preferred
  • Strong academic or outdoor education teaching and management background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
