Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all resort departments, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Set and maintain high service standards to exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and a smooth guest experience.
- Develop and manage the resort’s budget, financial forecasts, and cost control measures
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a talented team to deliver exceptional service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
- Establish and maintain a culture of guest-centric service
- Address guest concerns and ensure quick resolution to maintain guest satisfaction
- Ensure the resort’s facilities and services meet or exceed 5-star luxury standards.
- Implement regular quality assessments and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Build relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders
- Ensure the resort’s compliance with all relevant regulations, health, and safety standards
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management expertise.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on and proactive approach to management.
