Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all resort departments, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Set and maintain high service standards to exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and a smooth guest experience.
  • Develop and manage the resort’s budget, financial forecasts, and cost control measures
  • Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a talented team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of guest-centric service
  • Address guest concerns and ensure quick resolution to maintain guest satisfaction
  • Ensure the resort’s facilities and services meet or exceed 5-star luxury standards.
  • Implement regular quality assessments and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Build relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders
  • Ensure the resort’s compliance with all relevant regulations, health, and safety standards
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a luxury resort or hotel.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management expertise.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on and proactive approach to management.
