Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize the implementation of the Company’s business plan and take direct responsibility
• Directly responsible for the target of the whole team
• Approving the group’s business plan, assigning tasks and operating areas to employees
• Collect, analyze and evaluate market information and make suggestions and recommendations
• Set up tracking and developing customer system, customer data
• Proposing solutions to increase market share
• Implement customer support activities as well as training activities for agents or retail customers on new product knowledge
• Build, develop and manage dealers and retailers
• Recruiting and Training employees to ensure that sufficient human resources are provided for the group’s activities within the scope of responsibility and agents as well as the system.
• Support the Board of Directors to plan quaterly and annually Organize and implement actions in seminars, events, promotions of the cosmestic group with the combination of other departments in the company
• Building image, corporate, departmental and individual brand identity
• Managing the Company’s social network channels, e-commerce platforms
• Develop digital marketing
• Manage the entire Assets and facilities system: Studio store, showrooms, warehouses, means of transportation
• Create a professional Customer Care System
• Organize the handling of customer complaints at the company level
• Develop and implement customer gratitude programs, events
• Building a team of qualified Customer Consultants
• Presiding over the development of KPI system and reporting system to evaluate the results of the departments and employees in the fields in charge as well as related units
• Evaluate subordinates quaterly and annually

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in sales of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics
• Can read and understand products in English, can communicate
• Hard work and preserverance
