Responsibilities:

• To plan, direct and to provide overall leadership to Finance department in managing long term strategies, financials, budgetary controls, managing accounting so as to ensure that operations should be according to the accepted financial standards and within the approved strategies, plans, regulations and budgets. 
• Updation & finalise the books of accounts
• Finalise the financial statement
• Filling up statuary returns
• To ensure 100% insurance coverage of fixed assets and stock in company premises
• Provide training to team members
• Assessment of sales tax, exercise, income tax
• Staff management
• Developing standards of financial management, and processes that will satisfy the continually changing higher requirements of the external audit functions

Requirements:

• 7 years to 8 years experience in Finance
• Honest
• Cost consciousness
• Leadership – Exhibits confidence in self and others inspires and motive them to perform well. 
• Team building – Contributes to building, a positive team spirit. 
• Ability to lead change processes, and motivate others under direct management,
