Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise project activities and project development direction
- Understanding of products, services, processes of customers and the company to support and guide all project members
- Orienting employees on the project’s operational strategy, training and maintaining project quality
- Make analytical reports to evaluate project performance and make improvement plans
- Responsible for ensuring that the project fulfills the target set by the client and the company
- Responsible for evaluating individual and team performance
- Orient the challenge for each subordinate following team challenge.
- Make plan to develop skill of subordinate as direct manager’s requirement.
- Monitor performance and coaching subordinate in development process, management skill and solving method.
- Support pre-sales activities, includes consulting, proposing solution and estimation.
Qualification & Experience:
- Japanese people living and able to work permanently in Vietnam (at least for 3 years)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields.
- 5~10 years’ experience as Software Developer and 1~3 years’ experience as Project Leader.
- Good in English.
- Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
- Able to work under tight schedule.
- Able to build team work spirit and always continuous motivating subordinates.
- Japanese company and Japanese language experience is preferable.
